Our experienced surgeon Dr Rokas Jancevicius can perform full arch reconstructions, to rebuild your confidence, your smile and restore your tooth and mouth function. The best part? You won’t have to go without missing teeth at any stage throughout treatment.

If you’ve lost your teeth to gum disease, trauma or decay, we can formulate a Smile in a Day personalised treatment plan that will cater to your needs. This treatment is a great option for patients who don’t want to wear temporary dentures whilst waiting for the implants to heal and those who don’t wish to struggle with ill-fitting and loose dentures, in the long term.

Smile in a Day allows patients who have opted for finance to save up for a permanent bridge, once the year-long provisional bridge-wearing period has ended. Alternatively, we can extend your initial finance agreement to include spreading the cost of your permanent bridge, after the year-long provisional bridge-wearing period has ended.

Treatment is also ideal if you’re unsure what kind of bridge you might like eventually, with the year-long healing period giving you the time you may need to decide upon the materials and aesthetic result you would like for your bridge. This package includes:

Sedation services for the more nervous patients.
Extraction of teeth, if necessary.
Placement of 4 or 6 implants, depending on your unique case.

Permanent metal and acrylic bridge fitted post-healing period. This is a cost-effective option for patients looking to have a durable and functional bridge. Metal and acrylic amalgamation achieve a pleasing aesthetic result and remain popular choices of material.

Smile in a Day Pro+ from £253/month

This package includes:

Sedation services.
Extraction of teeth, if necessary.,
Placement of 4 or 6 implants, depending on your unique case.
Provisional bridge placed immediately after surgery. This can be worn for up to 1 year.
Zirconium metal-free permanent bridge fitted post-healing period. These materials are the stand-out option for patients looking for the most durable, cosmetic and functional bridge available to them. Zirconium is also extremely biocompatible, making allergic reactions rare. This means they’re a viable choice for patients who have a metal allergy, or who simply prefer not to have metal present in their mouths.

Consultation

During the consultation, we’ll talk about what you hope to achieve with treatment. We will examine the condition of your bone and evaluate your oral health by taking X-rays and/or CT scans.

Step 2

Surgery

In just one day, we can perform the extraction of any teeth that need to be removed and place your implants.

Step 3

Temporary Bridge

A temporary bridge is placed, so you are not without teeth at any stage of your treatment.

Step 4

Permanent Bridge

Once your implant has fused with your jawbone, we can place your permanent bridge.

Amazing dental clinic starting from receptionist and finishing with Dr. Karolina Kraujelytė, she’s done amazing job literally saving the tooth which likely needed to be extracted, can’t thank enough. I came at complex smile for just one implant after checking 3 different clinics.. I had an absolutely great experience. I have chosen Complex smile because the specialist goes straight to the point, no one in the clinic is wasting their time about trying to sell you treatment you didn't come for. Even when I had an emergency 2 days before Christmas the specialist did everything to see me at the clinic despite he was on holidays. I live now on the other side of the city but I will keep them for my regular hygiene check. Thank you so much for everything, I can finally now eat normally !
